COMMUNICATING WITH PARENTS AND CARERS AT OUR NURSERY

At Happy Faces, we recognise that as parents, you are the most important and influential figures in your child's life. We deeply respect this bond and understand how vital it is for you to be included and consulted in all matters concerning your little one. We welcome your involvement  in every aspect of their nursery journey. To support this, we hold regular parents' meetings, where you can sit down and discuss your child's wonderful progress directly with their dedicated keyworker.

Communication is key! We send out regular memos to keep you fully in the loop regarding upcoming events and any changes within the nursery. We also have our own Facebook page, which is a great place to stay up to date and see snippets of our day-to-day fun.

Every child at Happy Faces has their own secure, online Tapestry account. As a parent, you can log in at any time to see how your child is progressing and view the exciting activities they are enjoying throughout their day with us. Tapestry is our central hub for communication, allowing us to easily share photos, milestones, and important updates so you never miss a moment of their learning journey. This is a wonderful opportunity for you to contribute to your child's learning journey by uploading stories and photos of all the exciting things you do and achievements that happen at home.
